Groomly Shipping Policy
Here's everything you need to know about how your Groomly order is processed and delivered.
⚙️ Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to our delivery partners. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
🚚 Shipping Times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom with an estimated delivery time of 6–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
💸 Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
🌍 Customs and Imports
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or any additional fees imposed by local customs regulations.
📝 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
