We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Groomly. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that all refund requests must include clear photo or video evidence showing the issue with the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Groomly does not accept physical returns — all eligible claims are resolved via refund directly to your original payment method.

 

💥 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include a short description of the issue along with clear photos or video of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No need to send the item back.

 

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the refund request is made after 30 days of delivery, no photo or video evidence is provided, the product has been misused or damaged by the customer, or the issue reported is due to incorrect use as described in the manual.
